Senior Business Analyst (System Integration)

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst – System Integration will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that middleware platforms deliver reliable, end‑to‑end processes. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and developers to translate complex workflows into robust integration designs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse critical business processes, identify bottlenecks and failure points.
• Review source and target system documentation, including user manuals and API specifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs to produce detailed field‑level mappings between systems.
• Design middleware logic that guarantees data integrity and process completeness.
• Provide clarifications to developers throughout implementation.
• Create and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
• Document integration architecture, field mappings, business rules and testing procedures.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and knowledge‑transfer sessions among IT, developers and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on system integration.
• Proven experience working with API specifications, data mappings and middleware design.
• Familiarity with integration testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication abilities.
