Account Executive – LatAm (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to lead our commercial expansion across Mexico and the broader Latin America region. You will be one of the first sales hires shaping the growth of our AI‑powered hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demos that address real hiring challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and identify partnership opportunities across LatAm.
• Contribute to the development of the go‑to‑market strategy beyond Mexico.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full‑cycle closing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LatAm business landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Self‑starter mindset comfortable in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
