Banquero Black – Cancun

About the role

The Bank is seeking a Banquero Black to manage and grow a high‑value credit and deposit portfolio in Cancun. The role focuses on delivering value‑added products, insurance, and commercial levers while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and increase profitability of the credit and deposit portfolio through product cross‑selling, insurance, and commercial initiatives such as portability and SME synergy.
• Manage the capture portfolio, respecting client investment profiles, needs, and horizons.
• Lead client attraction campaigns for term investments, collective accounts, and portability.
• Plan weekly activities, prioritize commercial focuses, and execute daily calls and visits to prospects and existing clients.
• Ensure 100% knowledge of the portfolio over a year by handling campaigns, investment variations, and maturity dates.
• Monitor budgets, correct deviations promptly, and serve the top 250 select clients of the branch.
• Accurately complete product and service contracts, attach required documentation, and submit to the Subdirector.
• Exceed client expectations by providing excellent service, following up on commitments, and fostering long‑term relationships.
