Bilingual Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual accountant to support the ERP financial setup and implementation for our manufacturing operations in Mexico and the United States. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal abilities with solid business acumen to ensure accurate financial reporting across both entities.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly review of the income statement for the Mexican and American companies.
• Identify and verify the correct recording of daily transactions.
• Monthly reconciliation of balance‑sheet accounts for both entities.
• Prepare the North American consolidated trial balance for departmental use.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable accounting position.
• Knowledge of the Epicor ERP system is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
