Client Service Associate

About the role

CoinFlip is seeking a highly driven Client Service Associate to join its Digital department. In this customer‑focused sales role you will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring they receive personalized support while helping the company grow its crypto‑service platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored assistance.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through a smooth transition onto the CoinFlip platform.
• Implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
• Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape.
