About the role
The Clinic Office Representative works in the Central Clinic for Women, providing front‑desk support to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service during regular daytime hours.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, check them in, and manage check‑out procedures.
- Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Collect payments and process basic billing tasks.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical office is preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Required skills
- Typing speed of 35‑40 words per minute.
