About the role
The Arkansas Women’s Center is looking for a full‑time Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join its day‑shift team. You will support physicians, prepare patients for procedures, perform diagnostic tests, provide education, and ensure smooth coordination with external agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Assist physicians during clinical procedures and minor surgeries.
- Conduct various diagnostic tests and deliver patient education.
- Maintain clinic equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
- Act as liaison between the physician, hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other offices, and patients.
- Support other medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
Required profile
- Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas license or multi‑state license that includes Arkansas).
- CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required if working in the lab).
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
