Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. The role involves performing material take‑offs, cost calculations and preparing detailed drawings using industry‑standard software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate take‑offs and cost estimates for masonry work, including stones, stucco and CMU.
• Prepare and revise drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Develop budgets and component‑based material lists from shop drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritize tasks and track project time and budget estimates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience on US residential, commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong engineering or architectural background.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Professional attitude with solid written and verbal communication skills.
