Corporate Legal Lawyer – Queretaro

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Lawyer to join its Queretaro office. You will provide legal guidance across corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, ensuring the company operates within the legal framework while supporting its growth in logistics, construction and real‑estate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual and regulatory issues.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with Mexican laws and regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in court hearings, settlement conferences and trials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assess legal risks and propose solutions.
• Support corporate governance, risk management and dispute‑resolution strategies.
• Monitor industry trends in construction, development, logistics and leasing.
• Liaise with external counsel when necessary.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited institution and license to practice in Queretaro.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a law practice, preferably transitioning to a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of Mexican corporate, commercial and real‑estate law.
• Experience attending court hearings, settlement conferences and trials.
• Industry knowledge in construction, development, logistics or leasing is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
