About the role

Join Yonder Media Mobile’s Global YO team as a Customer Support Agent, helping travelers stay connected worldwide. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive fast, friendly assistance across tickets, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

Handle initial inquiries via tickets, live chat, or email.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Track, update, and close support tickets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Monitor and respond to app‑store reviews.

Required profile

Excellent oral and written English (native‑level proficiency).
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking skills.
Analytical and process‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

Zendesk ticketing system.
