Cyber Security Incident Response Analyst – Monterrey

About the role

Signify is looking for a Cyber Security Incident Response Analyst to join its Monterrey team. You will protect operational technology (OT) environments by detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support incident investigations across OT (ICS/SCADA) systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events, participating in an on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to contain risks and ensure business continuity.
• Help implement and improve OT security monitoring tools and processes.
• Document incidents, lessons learned, and technical procedures for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, including incident response.
• Experience with one or more EDR platforms (e.g., Cybereason, CrowdStrike, Microsoft E5, Azure Sentinel, Carbon Black).
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Teams, Azure).
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, security technologies and malware analysis.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Monterrey.
