Desktop Support Analyst I – Onsite in Monterrey

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I to provide hands‑on technical assistance to end‑users on our Monterrey site. You will ensure that PCs, servers, peripherals and production‑line robotic systems operate reliably, supporting daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support factory‑floor PCs, troubleshooting hardware, software and robotic systems on the production line.
• Monitor support queues and real‑time tracking screens to prioritize and resolve issues promptly.
• Install, maintain, and repair computers, servers, peripherals and related IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for software applications, databases and client‑service platforms.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to resolve technical problems and service disruptions.
• Ensure software license compliance and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safeguard physical security of IT assets and perform field work that may require bending, kneeling or climbing.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with technical software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional approach to customer interactions.
• Organized with effective time‑management skills.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
