Especialista de Procesos BBM – SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Process Specialist to lead the continuous improvement of BBM‑SAP processes in the Sales and Distribution (SD) area. You will work closely with site users to standardize workflows, monitor key performance indicators and enhance overall process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs to drive process improvement.
• Review SAP system processes together with users to guarantee standardized functional flows.
• Advise site users and develop their knowledge of SAP processes.
• Establish and standardize BBM‑SAP processes for all site users.
• Continuously assess and refine processes based on KPI results.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with SAP R3 or SAP S/4 environments.
• Knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of functional area processes.
• Strong customer service orientation.
