Full Stack Engineer – AI‑Driven Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our AI program and build scalable, enterprise‑grade AI solutions. You will own the end‑to‑end development of full‑stack applications that power LLM‑driven workflows, moving quickly from requirements to production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend interfaces, backend services, and APIs using Python, Java, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Create AI‑powered workflows, including agent‑based systems and integrations with internal tools.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding and iteration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production‑quality solutions.
• Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs and event‑driven patterns.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug, monitor, and improve system performance and reliability.
