About the role

The Manager of Logistics Replenishment Planning leads a team that transforms logistics plans into daily operating routines, ensuring disciplined execution across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment and transportation. The role is accountable for day‑to‑day performance against service, cost and working‑capital targets, monitoring execution, spotting risks and coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts, set priorities and monitor performance.
• Own the execution of operating plans across logistics functions, aligning them with service, cost and working‑capital objectives.
• Monitor key metrics (service level, throughput, inventory flow, backlog) and drive timely recovery actions.
• Identify constraints such as capacity, labor, inventory or carrier performance and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Establish and run operating cadences (daily, weekly, monthly) including execution reviews, action tracking and escalation forums.
• Produce performance reports, validate data and translate insights into clear narratives and recommendations.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in logistics execution, transportation, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• People‑management experience, including leading, coaching and performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions, manage heavy workloads and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and fluency in Spanish and English.
