Junior Controller – Financial Analysis & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Controller to join our finance team at our Irapuato plant. FORVIA HELLA is part of the FORVIA Group, a leading supplier of lighting technology and vehicle electronics with over 36,500 employees worldwide. The role supports financial analysis, budgeting and internal control activities within a global automotive supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze variations in key financial KPIs and report findings.
• Prepare quotations and evaluate new projects from a financial perspective.
• Monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance within the plant.
• Assist in the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Conversational level of English.
• Self‑directed, analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple plants.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across all plants.
• Maintain punctuality and a high sense of urgency in deliverables.
• Demonstrate teamwork and leadership in finance projects.
