Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Talent Acquisition Coordinator focused on hiring virtual assistants for our clients. In this remote position you will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and specialized platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule client‑candidate interviews, maintaining clear communication.
• Manage candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system and support offer negotiations and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and ATS tools.
