Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

Join Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Process Engineer in the TMG Development program, a 12‑month career accelerator for new graduates. You will receive technical training, on‑the‑job learning, and support to accelerate your ramp‑up in a high‑volume 300 mm wafer fab.

Key responsibilities

• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
• Identify systematic process or equipment problems and communicate findings to engineering staff.
• Support manufacturing ramp‑up through equipment/process start‑up and process experiments (SWRs).
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
