Marketing Data & Analytics Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Marketing Data & Analytics Analyst to ensure data fidelity and drive insights across its marketing ecosystem. In this role you will partner with internal teams and agencies to automate reporting, diagnose data issues, and support measurement of campaigns that reach millions of consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity within ROI and RTO solutions by managing stakeholders and the data ecosystem.
• Automate reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
• Analyze campaign implementation, flag targeting or execution errors, and collaborate with the Marketing Science team for corrective actions.
• Conduct QA support for internal and external media tracking tools and resolve data integrity questions.
• Identify and implement data quality enhancements and controls.
• Work with large custom and syndicated data sets to diagnose issues and propose actionable resolutions.
• Lead weekly QA calls to create streamlined solutions and develop automated post‑campaign analytics reports.
• Fulfill ad‑hoc reporting requests from cross‑functional teams and lead analytics projects that enhance data quality and usage.
• Leverage live digital media tracking tools to monitor brand performance and identify information needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience working with data ecosystems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
