Marketing Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Instructor to help shape the next generation of AI systems that understand branding, consumer behavior, and go‑to‑market strategy. In this remote, task‑based contract you will apply your academic marketing expertise to evaluate and improve AI‑generated content, ensuring it reflects real‑world business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Assess AI outputs covering consumer behavior, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Identify common misconceptions and knowledge gaps in AI‑generated content using your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communications.
• Ability to critically assess written business reasoning and strategic recommendations.
• Comfortable delivering detailed, structured written feedback.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working on deadline‑driven tasks.
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; hands‑on industry experience; familiarity with AI tools or content‑evaluation workflows.
