About the role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will manage supplier bookings, support tour logistics and work closely with our Director of Operations for a specific region. The role requires advanced French and English communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between sales, tour directors and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Reserve and book services, supervise tour logistics and maintain cost and quality control.
- Manage supplier relationships, including researching new partners and following up on post‑tour issues.
- Process invoices, money requests and provide all documentation to the accounting department.
- Communicate regularly with sales representatives and product specialists to review itinerary progress.
- Assist the Operations team with on‑road issues and participate in destination workshops.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Extensive experience in the educational travel or related industry with a proven track record.
- Exceptional multitasking ability and strong collaborative skills.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
