Plant Controlling Specialist – Finance & Operations

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Plant Controlling Specialist, supporting financial decision‑making for a manufacturing plant. You will work closely with operations, purchasing and cost teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business partner and provide decision‑support for plant management.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Generate operational reports and analyse results against targets.
• Conduct purchasing analysis to optimise spend.
• Support cost calculations and maintain standard cost data.
• Track implementation of action plans and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP R3.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (desired).
• High‑level knowledge of Windows operating systems.
