Process Data & Integration Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Process Data & Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect systems and streamline operations. This fully remote position focuses on eliminating manual tasks, improving data quality, and enabling cross‑functional teams to work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for process automation.
• Create, optimize, and run SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Build integrations between applications using platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Automate workflows that involve REST APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• Organize and analyze data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Document integrations, automations, and related processes.
• Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience with data integration and process automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation or data processing.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one integration platform (Workato, Zapier, or n8n).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
• Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data tasks.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Advanced English communication skills.
