Senior Back-End & MLOps Engineer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a senior back‑end engineer with MLOps expertise to join a fast‑growing real‑estate technology platform. In this blended role you will build the core services that power search, ranking and matching while also delivering production‑ready machine‑learning pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features for marketplace products, including search and ranking services.
• Build and operate MLOps infrastructure such as model deployment pipelines, feature stores and real‑time data streams.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to ship machine‑learning models at scale.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability and scalability issues.
• Work with SQL, data pipelines and A/B testing frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong back‑end or full‑stack background.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Go, Python, Ruby or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools such as Vertex AI, MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Experience with feature stores (e.g., Chalk) and cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts and model deployment.
