About the Position

Main Missions

• Oversee and manage daily financial operations and accounting processes within the manufacturing environment.
• Lead financial transformation initiatives to optimize processes and support plant scalability.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion and decision-making.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with local regulations and international reporting standards.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to align local operations with global financial goals.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Mexican CPA license is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience (Controller or Assistant Controller level).
• Proven track record specifically within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory for international stakeholder management.
