Senior HSE Analyst

About the role

Gates is seeking a Senior HSE Analyst to champion health, safety and environmental initiatives across its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on accident prevention, promoting a safety culture, and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems for manufacturing and administrative processes.
• Lead preventive medicine campaigns and health initiatives to reduce absenteeism.
• Promote safety, health and environmental awareness among all employees.
• Analyze complex safety issues, propose solutions and build consensus across teams.
• Act as a resource for colleagues and lead low‑risk projects.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in health, safety and environment roles.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong conceptual and practical expertise in HSE management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
