Senior Project Manager Specialist

About the role

The Senior Project Manager Specialist will work within Honeywell's Delivery Transformation Office to drive strategic project delivery. You will lead project initiation, define scope, align resources, and ensure successful execution across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Identify and document project stakeholders, roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans and deliverable timelines.
• Create risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
• Establish project governance and communication processes.
• Ensure alignment of all team members with project goals.
• Maintain accurate financial data in PPM/GDM systems.
• Communicate status updates to key stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Facilitate kick‑off meetings and ensure all documentation is uploaded to PPM.

Required profile

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a project engineer or manager.
• PMP certification.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
