Software Engineer Frontend - React

About the role

MedTrainer is seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality React applications that power its compliance platform for healthcare organizations. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into clean, scalable code.

Key responsibilities

• Drive frontend architecture decisions for major React initiatives, applying robust design patterns for scalability.
• Break down large product requirements into clear technical tasks and specifications.
• Write clean, compliant code and lead technical code reviews, mentoring mid‑level engineers.
• Research emerging frameworks and recommend strategic upgrades or refactoring.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex bugs from root‑cause analysis to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to validate requirements and implement reusable component ecosystems following design system guidelines.
• Maintain transparent communication about progress, risks, and solutions to foster a constructive team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on frontend development using React.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on large‑scale projects and drive technical decisions.
