Supply Chain Analyst – Materials Planning & Logistics

About the role

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support business objectives through effective material planning, purchase order management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationship management. The analyst will ensure timely ordering, optimal inventory levels, and cost‑effective transportation to maximize operational efficiency and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecasts and customer requirements to recommend inventory optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain uninterrupted material supply to factories, dealers, and customers.
• Manage inter‑plant stock requests, safety stock levels, and part change notices while minimizing obsolescence.
• Process purchase orders through the procure‑to‑pay cycle, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely invoice reconciliation.
• Partner with logistics stakeholders to select cost‑effective freight options and maintain delivery schedules.
• Act as liaison with suppliers, facilitate escalations, and support performance monitoring during supply chain disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in material planning, purchase order management, or logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on inventory optimization and demand variance analysis.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and supplier interaction.
