Talent Acquisition Associate – US Frontline

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support high‑volume frontline hiring across the United States. In this junior recruiting position you will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide recruitment consulting and guidance to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate tracking from application to offer.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate data.
• Coordinate hiring processes, including interview scheduling and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to align hiring needs with business goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of frontline or high‑volume recruitment experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making, and adaptability.
• Results‑oriented mindset with fluency in English.
