Technical Product Manager – Platform & Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of complex technical product platforms and services. The role bridges business strategy with engineering execution, requiring strong platform thinking and hands‑on product definition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and alignment with the roadmap.
• Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects, program managers and business functions to design scalable, secure and reusable platform capabilities.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical products, APIs and shared services from concept through launch.
• Ensure platform components meet modern software standards, including micro‑services, cloud, CI/CD and distributed systems.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in product management or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
• Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering products in agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
