Trainee Finanzas

About the role

As an Administrative and Financial Intern you will support the finance team with a variety of tasks, from fiscal administration to invoicing and cash‑flow reporting. You will gain hands‑on experience in financial control, accounts receivable and audit preparation while working in a technology consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fiscal administration, download and archive tax documents.
• Generate and submit invoices using internal platforms.
• Update payment files and prepare monthly cash‑flow and team assignment reports.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and assist with operational tasks.
• Monitor accounts receivable and provide payment supplement lists.
• Organize documentation for audits and reviews.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters of Accounting, Finance, Administration or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing emails) is a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIF, filters, database handling).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of digital tools; familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
