Unit Controller – Cost & CAPEX Management

About the role

The Unit Controller will act as a strategic financial partner for the site, driving cost control, CAPEX planning and financial analysis. You will ensure that cost information is accurate, timely and supports effective decision‑making for operational plans and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, update and challenge fixed costs to improve efficiency.
• Lead the planning, updating and follow‑up of the site’s CAPEX plan, aligning it with strategic priorities.
• Track ongoing investment projects, verify progress, compliance and financial impact.
• Prepare clear reports on project status, spending, timelines and expected returns.
• Provide advisory support to the plant’s administrative team on cost and overhead matters.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning cycles.
• Manage audit and compliance activities, ensuring full adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze variances in financial results and follow up on actions to improve performance.

Required profile

• Education in Finance, Business Administration or a related engineering field.
• More than two years of cost analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP AP1 (productive).
