Western Boot Designer – León, Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Footwear Designer to join our product development team in León, Mexico. You will support the iconic Justin Boots and Tony Lama brands, working at the intersection of design and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop western boots and footwear for Justin Boots and Tony Lama.
• Collaborate daily with factory partners in León and remotely with the US product development team.
• Create technical sketches, CAD files, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
• Travel to the United States approximately three times per year for brand alignment and product reviews.

Required profile

• Experience designing footwear in Mexico, ideally in the western or boots category.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
• Valid US visa (required).
• Comfortable working primarily on‑site at factory facilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• 3D rendering skills (a plus).
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
