Accounts Receivable Analyst – Deductions (North America)

About the role

Join the Global Business Services Invoice to Cash team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst focused on deductions. Based in Querétaro, you will work with cross‑functional partners to strengthen data integrity, process excellence, and deduction governance for the North America region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance and controls excellence, monitoring SOX 404 and audit requirements.
• Lead deduction issue resolution by analyzing root causes of misapplied payments and discrepancies.
• Optimize systems and data integrity, administering HighRadius modules and maintaining accurate customer mappings.
• Support business partners with analytical insights, trend identification, and value‑creation initiatives.
• Build capability and documentation, creating training materials, escalation frameworks, and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in collections, deductions, customer relationship management, and shared‑service environments.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office and data analysis for trend identification.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX concepts and control‑driven processes.
• Ability to work with large data sets and produce clear visual interpretations.
• Fluent English for interaction with North America teams.
