AP & AR Intern

About the role

The AP & AR Intern will support the finance team in Monterrey by assisting with daily accounts payable and receivable activities and helping maintain accurate inventory records. This position is ideal for a bachelor’s degree student in business administration, accounting or international business who wants hands‑on experience in financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and control of raw material and finished‑product inventory.
• Identify and enter warehouse locations into the ERP system.
• Capture component movements in the defined locations.
• Participate in physical inventory counts, including cycle counts and full counts.
• Support any inventory‑related transactions that affect financial records.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in business administration, accounting or international business.
• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Basic Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Oracle E1.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
