Art & Design Coordinator

About the role

The Art & Design Coordinator supports Pfizer’s Emerging Markets Content Catalyst Center of Excellence by defining and governing visual and design standards. This strategic role ensures high‑quality, reusable content that aligns with brand, accessibility and user‑experience guidelines across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and evolve visual design, UX standards, guidelines and playbooks for Emerging Markets.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity, visual principles, accessibility and UX best practices across all digital channels.
• Conceptualize and deliver final creative solutions, including adaptation and localization for regional markets.
• Design and maintain scalable visual systems, templates and modular assets to enable efficient content reuse.
• Collaborate with EM Brand teams, CEI leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders within standardized workflows.
• Contribute to CreateSmart initiatives and optimize design outputs for platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Workfront and Canvas.
• Identify design, usability or experience gaps and propose creative, technical and strategic solutions.
• Support capability building and best‑practice adoption across Emerging Markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic and digital design within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated experience in User Experience (UX) design with a solid understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
