Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Troubleshooting

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to troubleshoot and assist users of Odoo’s open-source ERP SaaS. The role focuses on helping small- to medium-size businesses use Odoo effectively through ticketing, live chat and occasional phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on all Odoo application features and functions.
• Provide clear, written and verbal guidance to customers via the ticketing system, live chat and phone.
• Create tailored solutions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Gather user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Contribute to increasing overall customer productivity and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for software products and a strong desire to learn.
• Bilingual proficiency (English plus French B2 and/or Portuguese B2).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Investigative, empathetic, and able to work in a collaborative social setting.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP software, preferably Odoo.
• Familiarity with ticketing or support platforms.
