Commercial Intelligence Analyst (Senior)

About the role

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst to join its Sales team. You will turn data from multiple sources into actionable insights that drive sales strategy, forecasting and portfolio management across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise commercial KPIs to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.
• Present performance insights to commercial leadership to support decision‑making.
• Own Salesforce data quality, define controls and implement corrective actions.
• Generate sales and business forecasts using historical data, KPIs and pipeline analysis.
• Analyse and improve Salesforce usage and sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion.
• Segment clients, products and territories to optimise resource allocation.
• Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behaviour and revenue mix.
• Identify growth opportunities such as cross‑sell, up‑sell and under‑penetrated accounts.
• Monitor pipeline dynamics, flagging risks, bottlenecks and deal slippage.
• Design dashboards and reports that support daily execution and strategic decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Sales Ops and Marketing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data or business analytics.
• Advanced degree in Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivation and curiosity for new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (advanced).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Macros, Queries).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Power BI or DAX.
• Familiarity with Python.
