Configuration Specialist – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team in an offshore or near‑shore capacity. You will work side‑by‑side with on‑shore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for clients in the mortgage‑lending industry.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks across MCP capability groups (core platform, workflow, document/imaging, reporting, integrations).
• Support on‑shore consultants throughout the full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering to design, testing, UAT and go‑live.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Statements of Work, configuration documentation and implementation estimates.
• Resolve tickets and defects following triage and escalation procedures.
• Provide asynchronous client‑facing communications such as status updates and defect clarifications.
• Maintain accurate configuration progress records in tools like ADO, Jira or Smartsheet.
• Follow naming conventions, quality checklists and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with on‑shore team members and support automation/AI‑assisted implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical background in mortgage technology, loan‑origination systems or enterprise software configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in an offshore/near‑shore setting.
• Experience supporting full‑cycle implementations and handling client communications.

Required skills

• Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) configuration.
• Workflow configuration, document/imaging setup, reporting and system integrations.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as ADO, Jira and Smartsheet.
