Corporate Accounting Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Accounting Analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including domestic accounting, payroll operations, benefits, and FP&A—to execute and continuously improve accounting processes. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Accounting, this position offers exposure to the company’s full financial operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Record payroll, fringe benefits, cash activities and other compensation entries.
• Perform monthly period‑end account reconciliations.
• Support monthly and quarterly trend analyses and resolve discrepancies with payroll, accounting, finance, stock administration and benefits teams.
• Draft policies, guidelines, procedures and work instructions for new projects or enhancements.
• Analyze existing end‑to‑end payroll processes, document flows and recommend improvement road‑maps.
• Collaborate with IT and subject‑matter experts to design, test and implement redesigned processes.
• Lead user‑acceptance testing, review results and create implementation plans.
• Present project updates to management and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong accounting background with experience in payroll and benefits accounting.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with solid month‑end closing experience.
