About the role

As a Cyber Security Technical Leader at BairesDev, you will safeguard the company’s digital infrastructure, data, and AI‑driven platforms against evolving cyber threats. You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape and continuously improve the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures to protect systems, networks, and applications.
• Continuously monitor digital assets for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
• Develop and enforce security controls that prevent unauthorized access and attacks.
• Lead security initiatives and cross‑functional projects across the organization.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all data and services.
• Mentor and guide security team members on best practices and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record designing and implementing security controls.
• Experience monitoring systems, networks, and applications for threats.
• Demonstrated ability to lead security teams or initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
