Software Engineer – AI Agent Development with .NET

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer specialized in AI agent development to design and build intelligent, agent‑based systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and advanced large language model (LLM) frameworks. The role combines deep .NET expertise with cutting‑edge AI research to deliver autonomous agents that can reason, use tools, and manage memory across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable, multi‑agent workflows that integrate APIs and data sources via MCP standards.
• Develop context‑aware memory systems and ensure safe, reliable AI execution.
• Perform prompt engineering, tool integration, and implement guardrails and performance optimizations.
• Evaluate AI models, build retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and support production‑grade deployments.

Required profile

• Strong experience with LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI APIs) and multi‑agent architectures.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI safety, monitoring, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC.NET Core, and middleware development.
• Understanding of security for multi‑tier enterprise applications and AWS cloud services.
