Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

The Cybersecurity Expert will work closely with global and local stakeholders to implement and sustain cybersecurity operations across IT, OT, cloud and product environments. Reporting to the Global Cybersecurity Manager, the role balances hands‑on security execution with governance, risk management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate cybersecurity controls aligned with global frameworks for IT, OT, cloud and product systems.
• Coordinate and manage cybersecurity initiatives at both local and global levels to protect digital and operational assets.
• Strengthen the security of manufacturing networks, industrial control systems and IT/OT interfaces.
• Support incident detection, response and remediation in partnership with SOC and MSSP teams.
• Contribute to risk management, compliance and audit activities against international standards.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices while acting as deputy to the Global Cybersecurity Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in cybersecurity or IT/OT security roles.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an international, matrix‑driven organization.
• Fluent business‑level English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
