DevOps & Ops Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps and Ops Support Engineer to join our bench team in Mexico. The role combines development and operations responsibilities, offering a fast‑track learning environment where you will be trained on the specific tools and processes required for our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot job failures, and manage plugins and credentials.
• Administer repositories, enforce access controls, and support merge requests.
• Manage artifact repositories, ensure availability, redundancy, and monitor storage usage.
• Monitor control‑plane health, resolve orchestration and deployment issues, and handle incident response.
• Coordinate and execute deployments, plan rollbacks, and validate post‑deployment health.
• Document runbooks, create run‑time documentation, and support knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with development teams.
