About the role

VaynerMedia is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its creative team and help shape visual communication for social‑media and brand campaigns. You will work closely with creative leads and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact designs that align with client strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative leads to support core community and brand‑specific campaigns.
• Produce design assets for a variety of social platforms, ensuring high‑quality visual execution.
• Create presentation and workshop materials for internal and client use.
• Composite and adapt concepts across multiple social channels under tight deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorms, kick‑offs, and team meetings, contributing ideas and design strategy.
• Develop design concepts based on creative briefs and client business objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience designing digital and social media campaigns.
• Strong typography sense and comfort with retouching and color correction.
• Passion for concept development, collaboration, and fast‑paced environments.
• People‑first mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging platforms.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)
• Motion graphics / video editing basics
• Illustration
• Basic UI/UX understanding for social platforms
