Senior Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our London studio. You will work on digital journeys across the customer lifecycle, collaborating from discovery through delivery on new product launches and optimisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leads and development teams to create responsive design systems.
• Deliver and present design concepts that meet business and client needs.
• Lead ideation workshops, design reviews and support junior designers.
• Travel to client sites domestically or internationally as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work from the London office (or client office) at least twice a week.
• Willingness to work on projects for a wide range of industries.
• Extensive experience creating design solutions for high‑profile digital products.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard visualisation and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong conceptual thinking in visual and interactive design.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles and execution.
