Employee Services Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Services Senior Manager to lead a high‑impact regional team and elevate the employee experience across the Americas. This senior, strategic leader will balance service delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and people leadership in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Employee Services representative to senior HR leadership, building strong relationships and influencing adoption of ES standards.
• Oversee an Employee Services Delivery Center, ensuring SLA compliance, zero‑payroll‑error mindset, and high data quality.
• Implement the global Employee Services strategy across Mexico, the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, aligning regional processes with global standards.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and automation, partnering with global teams on digitalization and data initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of 30+ HR professionals, including two manager‑level direct reports, to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Employee Services, HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.
• Deep knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes, HRIS/core HR systems, and compliance.
