Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms. You will own the full performance marketing funnel, from audience segmentation to conversion tracking, and drive scalable growth for our D2C ecommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Meta ad accounts with weekly spends exceeding $10K, applying CBO structures, campaign consolidation and audience segmentation.
• Set up, monitor and debug conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Tag, Enhanced Conversions) and reconcile platform ROAS with blended ROAS.
• Design and execute creative testing at scale, launching 3+ new assets weekly and applying a data‑driven kill methodology.
• Analyse performance data in Excel/Google Sheets to identify optimisation opportunities and produce clear reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta ads with a $10K+ weekly budget.
• Proven track record of turning around underperforming or disorganised accounts.
• Strong written communication in English for reporting and coordination.
