Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and drive revenue for our fast‑growing multi‑brand pet products e‑commerce business. This high‑impact position reports directly to the CEO and is central to scaling our 8‑figure operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance across paid channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Walmart, Chewy, and others.
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring KPI accountability and continuous improvement.
• Produce growth performance reports and analyze sales trends (WoW, MoM, YoY).
• Track and report key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Identify insights and inefficiencies using GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, and ad platforms.
• Lead CRO initiatives across landing pages, funnels, and ad creative.
• Collaborate with creative, retention, and product teams to align growth strategy.
• Build and iterate full‑funnel strategies from acquisition to retention.
• Manage and scale marketplace performance on Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy (paid and organic).

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Proven ownership of paid media strategy for DTC and marketplace channels.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing external agencies and holding them to performance KPIs.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
